Bid Manager (m/f/d)

strategic planning, overarching coordination and overall control of complex supply processes at enterprise and programme level independent control of the Bid team (internal and external stakeholders) including the provision of best practice standards Parallel management of several highly prioritized bids in compliance with strict governance and compliance guidelines Conception and structuring of supply documents according to customer and market requirements, as well as securing a consistent brand and communication strategy guaranteed timeliness, quality assurance and compliance with all internal release and risk management processes Responsibility for detailed effort and resource planning as well as budget and profitability controlling throughout the Bid-Lifecycle Development and implementation of profit and price strategies (Win strategy, storyline, price and value proposition) in close coordination with Sales leadership and finance active participation in C‐Level customer appointments, presentations and negotiations and presentation of the company to the outside Head of Lessons‐Learned workshops, systematic knowledge sharing and continuous optimization of the Bid framework Ensuring and further developing standards, templates and tool sets (e.g. CRM, CPQ, proposal software, integration of modern technologies (KI) to optimize bid processes) close cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Partner and Management leadership

completed studies or training Multiannual experience in bid management, supply management or project management, as well as detectable successes in the acquisition of large and strategic customers also at international level strong analytical skills, structured working methods and the ability to quickly capture and communicate complex characteristics excellent organizational and control capabilities, including multi-task management in dynamic, international project environments strong communication skills, sovereign appearance towards top management and customer executives high self-responsibility, substantive thinking and a pronounced quality and cost awareness fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing (further languages are a plus)
