Business Program Manager International (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated personality as a Business Program Manager (m/w/d), which highlights our international sales strategy to the next level. You are an entrepreneurial person with a strong sense of structure, effect and interface management? Then we look forward to you! You become part of our international team and work closely with sales, service and central functions. As a direct contact for our Senior Director Global Hiring Solutions, you will gain deep insight into strategic projects and develop our Go-to-Market strategies. Your focus: The scaling and further development of our Global Hiring product within our sales organization. Your tasks Programme and project responsibility: You take over the planning, control and implementation of strategic programs around Global Hiring. You work closely with sales lines and drive topics from idea to roll-out. Growth and Strategy: You identify growth opportunities and customer needs in the international recruiting environment and develop clear recommendations for action and scalable sales strategies. Top-Stakeholder Management: You communicate with our top management at eye level, conduct strategic reviews and regularly present progress, insights and next steps – in writing and oral. Business Steering & OKRs: You control the implementation of strategic initiatives via OKRs and other control tools, keeps targets, priorities and resources in mind and ensure sustainable impact. Interface competency: You coordinate cooperation with internal areas such as sales, customer success, business controlling, pricing, people and marketing – and ensure that Global Hiring is seamlessly integrated into our organization.

Completed studies in the field of business, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, business development or project management – ideally with points of contact with sales organisations You bring a high degree of self-initiative, structure and result orientation and keep track of complex projects You are experienced in handling control tools like OKRs and working routined with Microsoft Office Your communication strength and your sovereign appearance allow you to work effectively with top stakeholders Very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
