Together with colleagues: from IT, departments and management you develop innovative, future-proof process solutions that really move something.

-Your tasks:-

Transformation consulting: You advise strategically important Transformation projects focusing on end-to-end processes – global and interdisciplinary Process design: You analyze, design and optimise Business processes and develops target images that cross the plate edge to think Optimation potentials: You recognize improvement potentials in Processes and system landscapes – and develops sound, implementable Recommendations Methods: You plan and moderate workshops, interviews and uses modern methods for process documentation and modeling Standardization: You actively shape global standards, templates and Governance requirements with – and so for consistency and consistency scalability

-Your profile:-

Education: You have completed your studies in the Economics, Business Informatics or Computer Science or corresponding other qualifications Project experience: Multiannual experience in process consulting, ideally in the context of complex, international transformation projects · Funded expertise and process understanding: Deep understanding for end-to-end processes such as order-to-cash, forecast-to-produce – Knowledge of Record-to-Report is a plus

Technology affinity: Embossed understanding of IT-close Process design and interfaces to architecture, governance and Templates

Methods: You know yourself with methods of Process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and brings a good feeling for IT-close processes with Working style: You work structured, think analytically and trade independent – without taking the view for the whole lose weight · Communication: You are strong in communication – in German and English – and convinces in workshops, meetings and presentations and
