Your duties

Analyze and process complex technical enquiries and disruptions (3rd level support) in the field of photovoltaic and storage inverters and energy systems in the service Technical support throughout the product life cycle (Lifecycle Support) Cause analysis of new and recurring fault images and deriving measures for product improvement Close cooperation with development, quality management, product management and service partners Create and maintain technical documentation, service instructions and error databases Support for product outgoing strategies and recall actions Training for internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in technical support, ideally desired in the field of photovoltaics or power electronics Expert knowledge in log data and error analysis and handling diagnostic tools Structured and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team skills, communication strength and interdisciplinary thinking Standing for occasional missions
