The training offers a lot of practical work with various glass apparatuses and most modern equipment. The reactions and analyses show various colors and reaction patterns. The results will be carefully recorded, summarized and interpreted with colleagues. The fascination of chemistry accompanies you during training and helps to understand the relevant relationships. You will be closely associated with other technical staff, scientists, doctoral researchers and students. Your training is divided into practical and theoretical sections. Practical training takes place on the one hand in the central training laboratory, in which the basic techniques of working in the laboratory are taught. On the other hand, specialized training and cooperation are carried out in the research and service departments of the Department of Chemistry. The theory is mediated in blocks in the vocational school Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy and Agriculture (BS 06) in Bergedorf. The basis is the framework curricula for the apprenticeship chemical laboratory.
