Your task area Focus on sales activities in the field of energy identification Implementation of tenders for sustainable construction and certification Project control of Smart Meter projects (all-energy management projects) and control of acquisitions Monitoring, development of key figures, identification of CO2 reduction potentials in the objects we supervised Preparation, implementation/modernisation and preparation of workshops and training Own and proactive acquisition activity

Complete study with focus on sustainability management, energy management, real estate management or technical training with corresponding professional experience or comparable You know what lies behind the terms ESG, Taxonomy, Disclosure Regulation, Climate Protection, GRESB, DGNB, BREAM, LEED Appropriate professional experience and existing training in order to create requirements for commercial real estate and to test funding skills (e.g. energy consultants) Ability to work independently and targeted projects High readiness for use, self-initiative and strong service and customer orientation Impressed business understanding and sales skills Good team and communication skills Good MS Office knowledge
