Educational know-how: You have a background in education, in social education or a similar qualification – ideally you know yourself with LRS and/or dyscalculia. Communication & Empathy: You are happy to share with people, whether with parents, children, learning therapists or partners of the network – and always find the right sound. Entrepreneurial thinking: You have fun building a location, developing and implementing marketing ideas. Organizational institution: You keep an overview, even if it becomes hectic, and master planning, appointments and administration with ease. Reliability: You work structured and run your institute with professionalism and heart.

Instituts-Gestalter: You conduct your institute independently, build a local network and represent us sovereignly to the outside. Growth engine: With creative actions and advising with heart, you will delight new parents – from the first to the conclusion of the contract. Team coach: You look for your learning therapists yourself, coordinate the stakes and create an atmosphere in which everyone likes to work.
