With customised maintenance programs and most advanced repair procedures, the company ensures the reliability and availability of aircraft fleets.

Operation of the Occurrence Reporting System (QSTAR) according to EASA requirements Management of working groups to optimize the system and ensure implementation Conceptual development and implementation of quality improvement measures Support and, if necessary, independent implementation of Cause Analysis in the disciplines using quality management methods (e.g. 5Why) Conducting technical studies on quality optimization Compilation of reports and coordination and implementation of measures Development, definition and pursuit of quality parameters and coordination with relevant organisational units Further development of the Reporting System (KPIs) Coordination of regulatory and customer requirements with production, engineering and administrative areas

Graduate in engineering or economics or comparable qualifications Good business knowledge Very good knowledge of internal processes and operational regulations Experience in quality management (required) Very good English skills Good computer skills Ability to plan complex workflows Strong analytical and conceptual skills Fast understanding and secure judgment Negotiating skills and persuasiveness Clear communication in word and writing Safe appearance and contactability High conflictability and self-initiative High flexibility
