The Caritasverband Region Mönchengladbach e. V. devotes itself to various social tasks in the city of Mönchengladbach and its associated catchment area as an ecclesiastical welfare association with around 1,100 employees and volunteers. The area of age and care consists of five nursing homes with single-scattered short-term care facilities, a solitary short-term care, four day care services, two outpatiently assisted housing communities and a Caritas care service. Our facilities are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

As a management (m/w/d) in the field of care for the Caritaszentrum Holt-Pflegewohnhaus, you take over a responsible leadership role in our facility. You are responsible for the management and organisation of the care facility and the solitary short-term care and ensure a high quality of the care and care of our residents. We are looking for a new facility management from 01.10.2026. Your tasks include: Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the institution. Ensuring high-quality care and care for residents. Representation of the facilities inward and outward. Leadership and development of nursing staff and promotion of a positive working climate.
