As a lawyer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in the field of data protection, you work in a team in the legal department to ensure data protection regulations in the company.

Your tasks in detail: Monitoring and evaluation of internal processes and data processing with regard to compliance with data protection requirements (in particular GDPR, BDSG) Development, introduction and updating of internal data protection policies and processes Preparation and monitoring of internal annual data protection audits Construction, maintenance and further development of the directory of processing activities Conception, control and control of the implementation of deletion and authorization concepts Creation, testing and negotiation of contracts for order processing Support in the processing of customer-related data protection requests (request for information and deletion pursuant to GDPR) Contact person for data protection requests and procedures to authorities Support in defining and reviewing technical and organisational measures Organisation and professional support of employee training (with the support of external service providers) Interface function for external data protection officers and other external partners
