In the Clinic and Polyclinic for Heart Surgery under the direction of Mr. Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Farhad Bakhtiary of the University Hospital of Bonn is to occupy the following place in full time (38,5 hours/week) at the next possible time:

Together with the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic II (cardiology) the Clinic and Polyclinic for Heart Surgery forms the heart of the University Hospital of Bonn. It forms the full spectrum of the subject area and is one of the leading clinics in this field. Medical focuses are, in particular, the fields of minimally invasive operations on heart valves and coronary vessels, flap-containing reconstructive methods on the heart valves, surgical therapies of acute and chronic heart failure, interventional and surgical therapy of thoracic aorta, and the treatment of complex heart pacemaker interventions.

Representation of the Chief Medical Secretariat and ensuring smooth daily operations Self-release of correspondence in German and possibly English language (post, telephone calls, e-mails) Orders of general administrative materials Coordination and organisation of internal and cross-clinic processes in the field of teaching Assistance and coordination of the areas of onboarding new employees and support for students and interns General administrative tasks

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Self-employment, reliability and resilience, self-initiative in thinking and acting Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and German spelling and grammar Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications Organizational skill Reliability, sense of responsibility High communication skills and ability to work on a team Friendly, binding and secure handling in personal and telephone contact with employees and business partners
