In this versatile position, you will accompany the introduction of a new ITSM system, develop workflows and services and ensure that our IT service processes work efficiently, forward-looking and reliable. Technical and technical support for the introduction of a new ITSM system Extension of functional requirements towards Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Administration of the current SPIE ITSM system (EasyVista) Further development of the SPIE ITSM system, e.g. design of workflows, technical implementation of new services and service processes in the system, possibly Establishing interfaces Creation of reports, KPIs and system-side evaluations for internal user groups

Completed studies in the field of (economic) computer science or completed training (e.g. as IT specialist:in application development) with professional experience as system administrator:in Min. 2 years of experience in the administration of an ITSM system, such as ServiceNow (desirable), JIRA, EasyVista Experience in handling database models & workflow-based process implementation High motivation and communication skills as well as rapid understanding Languages: German & English (C1)
