You take over the personnel and operational planning of waste disposal & of the school bus company with approx. 150 employees, 40 waste collection vehicles & 15 school buses in the city area Darmstadt. They coordinate the logistical processes of waste disposal and pupil traffic, optimize tours and ensure smooth handling. They check and document daily the steering and rest periods of the employees. They are co-responsible for the further development of our digital MRP systems and the optimization of the logistical processes. They actively contribute to the creation and optimization of tour plans – both for new and existing routes.

They have a successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector, preferably as a forwarding businesswoman / or forwarding businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You can present a multi-year professional experience, at best in the MRP. They are ideally accompanied by waste management expertise. They show willingness to work in logistical areas. They have Microsoft Office knowledge as well as preferably SAP user knowledge and a great affinity to work paperless. They convince with a temporally flexible, independent and conscientious way of working and with a high sense of responsibility and strength of enforcement. They are also characterized by your organisational skills and commitment. They have good knowledge of German in word and writing. They are enthusiastic about digitalization and process optimization and bring your knowledge to shape our disposition forward-looking.
