Shift Supervisor Logistics (m/f/d)

In this position, you control the day-to-day business independently and have all the key figures in mind. In the 2-shift operation, you take on the professional leadership and motivation of up to 20 professional employees. You are responsible for meeting customer requirements, taking account of economic aspects and product requirements. In the daily business, you prioritise the work volume and, if necessary, adjust the personnel usage accordingly. Responsibility for the smooth running of work processes Own-responsible professional management of employees in the divided layer Ensuring loading capacity taking account of economic factors Compliance with process processes and active cooperation in improving them Self-handling with the scanner-assisted warehouse management system Compliance with quality standards and legal, tariff and operational regulations in the workplace Security, order and cleanliness

(m/w/d), ideally further qualification as logistics manager:in Multiannual experience in warehouse logistics and employee management Willingness to shift work Good knowledge of warehouse management systems Forklift licence and experience in handling industrial trucks Team player: with communication strength and capacity Self-initiative, high work motivation and learning and design Loadability in a dynamic environment Customer and market orientation as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
