Cluster Reservation Agent (w/m/d)

Type of employment: Full time

Accept and edit individual reservations Retrieve, edit and maintain the reservation systems for the Hotel Vier Seasonen Kempinski Munich and for the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden Editing the general correspondence Check and supplement the arrival lists using the reservation documents The trainees, interns:inside and new employees:inside Maintenance of master data and customer maps according to Kempinski standards

successfully completed training in the upscale hotel industry

Professional experience in the reservation or reception is advantageous

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages are advantageous

very good knowledge of Opera and MS Office knowledge

very good communication capability
