Auditor (m/w/d) – Team Procurement

We deliver the weekly purchase within 120 minutes to our customers. Together with over 20,000 colleagues, we are creating a new industry. Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

In order to fulfill our mission, we are looking for an Accountant/Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) for purchasing and auditing in the Team Procurement at the next time. You are part of the Procurement team and take cross-departmental exams for the strategic shopping areas Beverage and FMCG.

The digitization, validation and approval of the input invoices and the delivery to our approval process fall within your task area

In case of conflict, you are going into communication with our strategic product group buyers:into the clarification of our supplier:inside

Your tasks include support for process optimization as well as participation in subprojects such as data migration projects

You are part of the Procurement Beverage Team and take cross-departmental exams for the strategic shopping areas Beverage and FMCG

You have a completed commercial training, a study of economics or a similar qualification in the field of accounting or purchasing

You already have experience in material processing and have ideally worked in the area of cost sharing and/or billing

You have a high IT affinity and very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
