Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of the process consulting group, including the sustainable development of future relevant skills in the team Responsibility for the services Process Design & Delivery and professional support of process and change projects from analysis to design to effective implementation Continuous further development of services, consulting approaches and approach models as well as establishing a common understanding of quality and performance in process consulting Control and prioritization of the activities of the group, ensuring the use of resources that are appropriate to needs and creating transparency about results and added value Positioning the process consulting as a competent, reliable partner for the areas of expertise and consistent further development of the services offered from the needs of the bank Designing effective cross-sector and cross-functional cooperation and combining different perspectives for the successful implementation of change projects Active participation in the strategic and operational development of the process management of LBBW as a member of the leadership team, also beyond its own group

Multiannual professional and disciplinary leadership experience as well as proven successes in the development of employees and teams and in the design of change processes Experience in building, developing and successfully establishing services, offerings or organisational skills Knowledge and practical experience in process and project management, in particular in the management of complex projects and the further development of consulting and services Experience in advising and implementing demanding process, transformation or change projects and a strong understanding of end-to-end process design High customer and service orientation as well as the ability to translate different requirements into effective, scalable and demand-oriented services Sovereign appearance across hierarchy and domain boundaries, combined with the ability to bring interests together, to give orientation and to promote changes effectively Impressive design will and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the willingness to assume responsibility for the further development of the process management of LBBW as part of a leadership team beyond its own group
