(Junior) IT License Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission – or otherwise: Your tasks You support keeping an overview of our licenses throughout the DATAGROUP Group – no matter how many manufacturers want to play. You can control our licensing systems and tools without mastering you. You make sure that our IT systems are cleanly licensed – legally safe and economically sensible. You support the development of licensing strategies that bring up availability, compliance and costs elegantly. You're puggling the central contract and license database and creating reports. You are the first point of contact for our DATAGROUP companies on issues related to licenses. You take first projects in license management and reliably hold the threads between companies and internal teams together. You support contract negotiations and license extensions – with professional know-how and a good wire to internal and external partners.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have first experience in IT license management, ideally in infrastructure and want to get deeper. The license models of Microsoft, VMware, SUSE / Red Hat and Citrix are not strange to you – you know what it is. You have first experience in software deployments and always keep an overview of license usage and license costs. You have basic knowledge of contract negotiations and relevant legal frameworks and have already applied them in the working day. Your ITIL skills are targeted and supportive in your tasks. You can quickly capture complex facts, prepare them and communicate clearly. You have negotiating skills, pronounced analytical skills and a strong conceptual understanding – accompanied by a professional appearance. You are well positioned: German at least on C1 level, English safe to negotiate.
