Domain Lead IT Finance, People & Test Management (m/f/d)

As a domain lead, you are responsible for over 40 business processes in the fields of FI-Finance, SAP HR integration and central test management with your two teams. Together, You create a seamless connection between business and IT as well as the central test management via all frontend and backend systems. Here, her joint projects accompany her from the first requirement to the current operation. Your job You run two specialized teams and manage the IT Finance, People & Test Management domain. Together, their international technology standards continue to develop. Here you are a pulsator for innovative solutions. Your contribution You control the international roll-out of our financial processes (SAP FI-CA) in over 10 countries. You are also responsible for the introduction of the Group blueprint for SAP SuccessFactors and the further development of test management. The focus is on the test management of the large-scale projects as well as the test automation in the frontend and backend systems. Your area of responsibility includes both proprietary developments and SAP systems as a cross-sectional function across all front end and back end systems. Your environment Your domain, consisting of two IT expert teams, will guide you with intensive cooperation with a variety of areas at bonprix. You are in collaborative exchange with departments such as Finance, Controlling and HR and are closely linked to the other IT teams. Your position includes a direct reporting path to the IT Business Vice President. Your freedoms You actively shape the further development of your teams and processes. Your training You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Your expertise forms the basis for your success. Your experience You bring many years of professional experience in strategic IT consulting or in a comparable internal role. Your focus is on central services (finance and HR) and SAP solutions. Knowledge in eCommerce and at least 3–5 years of leadership experience complete your profile. Your skills You understand the dependencies between operating customer processes and the processes behind them, especially in B2C eCommerce. You can safely move to IT systems and at all hierarchy levels. Your communication in German and English (at least B2) is convincing. You use AI tools strategically to optimize processes in your field and motivate others to effectively use AI.
