Strategic IT development, infrastructure and IT security: development and implementation of the IT strategy, deriving concrete measures and priorities, as well as ensuring a stable, secure and economic IT operation and further development of the hybrid infrastructure towards a standardized, secure and economically viable IT landscape Microsoft-365 environment: technical development and optimization of Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive IT Security and Compliance: Implementation of IT requirements from ISO 27001 and TISAX as well as support in the corresponding audit and certification processes Digitization and Innovation: Assessment of new technologies, in particular automation and AI, as well as identification and implementation of concrete applications IT projects and services: planning, prioritization and management of IT projects and further development of efficient service and support processes Technical implementation: independent cooperation in design, configuration, error analysis and solution of complex technical challenges Business Partner Function: Recording and evaluating the requirements from management and departments as well as developing appropriate IT solutions Team leadership and development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT team as well as promotion and further development of employees Resource and service provider control: responsibility for budget, licenses and external IT service providers as well as ensuring economic resource use

Funded IT expertise: You have a relevant IT training, a study or comparable practical work experience and brings several years of experience in the IT field with Microsoft 365: You have extensive practical experience in the administration and development of Microsoft 365 environments, especially with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive IT infrastructure & networks: You know about firewalls, network security, VPN, segmentation and authorization concepts and can independently analyze and evaluate technical relationships. Experiences with Fortinet or comparable solutions are advantageous IT Security & Compliance: You have practical experience with ISO 27001 and ideally TISAX and know what to do with technical checks, audits and a comprehensible documentation Hands-on-Mentality: You don't just want to coordinate, but you bring your own technical implementation experience with you and, in the case of conception, configuration and problem solution, you also need Leadership experience: You have already led an IT team professionally or disciplinaryly and understand it to transfer responsibility, develop employees and achieve goals together Strategic thinking: You can assess technological developments, set priorities and derive concrete solutions for the company – in particular in the areas of digitalization, automation and AI Automation: Experiences with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or comparable automation solutions are desirable Communication strength: Complex technical issues can be communicated both in German and in English in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner Personality: self-initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to design characterize you. You work in a solution-oriented manner, meet decisions and consistently bring topics to the goal
