Checking the functionality, safety and efficiency of all buildings as well as managing maintenance, repair and upgrades of building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, sanitary) Development and management of the building budget, including forecasting and approval of expenditure to ensure cost-effective operation and maintenance Planning and management of renovation and relocation projects, development of long-term strategies for improvements and extensions of buildings, as well as setting standards for spatial and location requirements for Arthrex EMEA -wide Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and implementation and monitoring of safety protocols and emergency plans Management and management of facility teams, including recruitment, training and performance assessment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for facility projects Cooperation with suppliers and contractors for the timely and budget-oriented implementation of projects and negotiation of contracts and management of service agreements Monitoring of asset management programs, including preventive maintenance and life cycle requirements, and keeping records of all facility related activities and assets

Complete study in the field of facility management, engineering, business management or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in facility management or in a related area Excellent knowledge of leadership and project management Found experience in building systems, compliance with regulations and safety standards Very good pronounced communication skills Very good German knowledge and good English skills
