Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in the field of document management and archiving solutions Control, coordination and prioritization of project and implementation activities for central solutions such as SER Doxis and LiDA Responsibility for technical integration of document-related processes into existing system landscapes (e.g. SAP, HR systems, PLM, ERP) Coordination of the development and connection of interfaces (e.g. CIM, CPT, CBP, CMM) for automated document generation, storage and distribution Ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements in the fields of compliance, governance and legal archiving obligations Control of cooperation with specialist areas for the analysis of paper-bound or hybrid processes - with the aim of standardization and digitization Participation in the further development of global DMS standards (e.g. authorization concepts, storage structures, architectural principles) Team-wide cooperation and communication with adjacent IT areas and departments such as consulting, development, implementation, operations, infrastructure, security, integration and BPM Expansion of a documented, comprehensible system landscape with clear responsibilities and interfaces Support for rollouts, training and hypercare phases for the sustainable introduction and usability of solutions

Multiannual professional experience in document management, archiving or comparable IT solutions First leadership experience desirable - alternative high initiative and interest in leadership Structured, solution-oriented working with strong team focus as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting Own initiative and team capacity High level of self-reflection and readiness for further development Embossed communication strength - in German and English
