For the economic management of our outpatient care structures, we are looking for a dedicated management personality as an economic management of outpatient and semi-steady care facilities at AWO Nordhessen (m/w/d), which strategically thinks, acts efficiently and goes new ways together with us. Employment takes place in the city and the district of Kassel, permanently in parttime or full-time (29.63 to 39.5 hours/week). Total operational responsibility: You take over the economic management of several locations of a large outpatient care service as well as day care in the Kassel area, including budget planning, cost and performance accounting as well as business analysis. Control & Controlling: Together with our central controlling, you develop the cost-effectiveness of our outpatient and substationary offers, identify potential for improvement and implement targeted measures to increase efficiency. Structure development & structure: You coordinate the development and development of new nursing sites and structures from an economic point of view – from the concept phase to the successful implementation. Process optimization: You analyze existing processes and develop sustainable management instruments that ensure an economically successful supply. Guided tour & cooperation: You work closely with the care services on site and the management, perform interdisciplinary teams and accompany control circuits and specialist bodies. Strategy & Innovation: You actively shape the economic development of outpatient care in the context of projects, benchmarking and innovation projects.

Training/study: Business studies or comparable qualification with a focus on healthcare, social economy or care management or alternatively a commercial training with several years of experience in economic management in social or healthcare – ideally in the management of outpatient care services. Management competency & analytical skills: You have a strong entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and are able to lead and motivate people. Communication skills & organizational skills: You communicate convincingly, work structuredly and independently, and act confidently with all stakeholders.
