SAP Process Expert MAKE (m/f/d)

You strategically shape and develop our global business processes and ERP applications at the interface between business and IT. You ensure the global user support for our ERP template, which is responsible for process stability and compliance in the production and value-added concept, and continuously improves efficiency by developing methods, tools and team competencies with all production teams and locations. You take the technical responsibility for the depicted business processes in our IT systems, meet decisions on changes, evaluate complex requirements and ensure complete documentation. You are responsible for the support concept and solve support requests and malfunctions (2nd & 3rd level). At the same time, you’ll be guided by targeted training and training for the high level of training in the team and support roadmap and resource planning as well as budget maintenance – always in close coordination with your leadership. You actively participate as a (partial) project manager in complex international projects and rollouts and enter the role concept by checking permission requests and acting as a role-driven person. You advise users, process managers and management in demanding IT and process issues, promote the exchange in the key user network and introduce external trends and best practices to the company.

You have several years of relevant professional experience and bring expertise to the relevant IT systems (e.g. SAP-S4) of the MAKE process area (e.g. MM, PP, PP‐DS, DMC/MES, QM, PM/EAM, EWM) as well as in process and project management. You can communicate safely in English and move confidently in the international environment. You have a degree in economic informatics, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable qualification. You show analytical thinking, self-initiative, willingness to change and convince by entrepreneurial and solution-oriented action.
