As an engineer, you are responsible for the function of a construction manager/building manager the following main tasks: control and implementation of small new, re- and extension structures and construction maintenance measures in coordination with the customer center and service team management; Coordination of technical requirements for quarter development measures including external project tax, architects, expert planners, experts and authorities Perception of the building function and contract controlling in quarter development and construction measures coordination of the restoration of the landlordability of apartments; support for lease adjustment procedures under modernisation; Interface function for tenant communication in coordination with service team management and contract management Moderation of construction meetings and execution of regular appointment, quality and cost controls, including relevant acceptances and audits (e.g. AHO, HOAI and construction services) Implementation of state-of-the-art measurements and assessments using the technical procedures provided for this purpose (e.g. BBN, RÜV) Detection, technical evaluation and continuation of the construction conditions of all construction plants and inventory documentation Implementation of technical reporting and economic considerations as well as implementation and participation in the identification of needs for the award of planning, construction and services Monitoring, seizure and documentation of operator and traffic management obligations in housing Implementation of a warranty management for planning and construction services Construction-side processing of insurance cases Collection and processing of invoices
