(m/w/d) Moers | Full time | Shift work As a shift manager or shift master in our production / filling, you take a lot of responsibility. With your know-how, you will ensure a smooth operation in this area. Are you all running? You support and optimize the production process, implement filling orders on time and plan, organize and control filling processes. Always the overview! You agree with the objectives of the supervisor and take over personnel deployment planning, management and disposition. You okay? You operate new filling systems, evaluate machine data and initiate optimization measures. Together we come to the goal! You cooperate with departments in the production field and pass on your knowledge to colleagues (instruction, incorporation, training etc.). Are you sure? You monitor the filling area in terms of work safety and compliance with statutory regulations. Is it even better? You carry out measures to improve and control line efficiency.

You have completed training, e.g. as a milk technologe, dairy specialist, specialist for food technology, etc., and have a further training as a master or Technicians. You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in the food industry, chemical industry or companies with high hygiene standards. You convince with their know-how in IT applications, especially MS Office. You are team players through and through, bring a good portion of collaborative and organizational capacity and like to work in a 3's alternating layer.
