You control the entire hiring process from request analysis to interview management to final decision. You will find the perfect mix of classic job advertisements, active sourcing and innovative recruiting methods. You are responsible for a colourful mix of vacancies to be filled and are responsible for commercial roles in our works as well as for commercial or tech jobs in our Group Functions. Candidate Experience is more than just a Buzzword – you accompany candidates (m/w/d) professionally and smoothly from the first contact to the successful signing of the contract. You are in close contact with our HR Business partners and Hiring managers from the commercial, technical and commercial departments of our local and central areas. Together with our HR marketing team, you will participate in the development and implementation of personal marketing and employer branding measures.

In addition to a degree with a focus on human resources or business psychology, you can present at least four years of professional experience in recruiting different professional groups. You have very good knowledge of the German labour market and know yourself in particular with producing companies in the Augsburg / Munich area. Suitability diagnosis is not a foreign word for you, you can demonstrate solid labour law skills, and have already worked with ATS systems (ideally SuccessFactors). Even in dynamic phases, you are characterized by a high level of sense of responsibility, service and solution orientation, as well as your structured and organised way of working.
