Your challenge as a People & Culture Partner:into us you not only shape processes – you design culture as people & culture partner:in the spot in Lower Saxony. You will become the driving force for our personnel development and the Sparringspartner for our executives in the offices Osterwald, Vechta, Jaderberg, Aurich and Bremerhaven. Your to-dos are all different than standard: You are a stimulus:in and trust partner:in – as the first contact person:in our executives, you will advise them on all personal topics with fingertips and vision You develop new ways in recruiting and talent management, think strategically, but always focus on people – so you find the right talents and accompany them on their way with us You actively shape projects, introduce innovative ideas and do not hesitate to question existing ones – whether in human resources development, employer branding or in the digitalization of HR processes You translate our corporate culture into concrete measures, formats and programs – always targeted, creative and with a good sense for people You work routined with digital tools and data, master MS Office from Effeff and use your computer skills to make processes efficient and transparent. You can communicate safely at all levels – in excellent German, clear, binding and value-adding

You bring that – professional and human You have completed a degree in the commercial sector with a focus on personnel (e.g. as an industrial businessman or personal businessman) or a degree with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology You already have practical experience in personnel work and know the operational and strategic topics in the People & Culture environment You are strong in communication, you can adjust well to different target groups and are happy to exchange with people – whether with employees or executives You like to think in solutions instead of in problems, work structured and actively introduce your ideas into projects Trying new motivates you – you like to go uninhabited ways too
