Your tasks:

LET'S MAKE SALES - Your Tasks You develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations You actively seek telephone contact with new and existing customers and present our service portfolio SUPPORT (worker transfer) You can identify the personal needs of your accounts and match them with the expertise of our applicants:inside/project staff:inside You create individual offers and conduct price and contract negotiations You win and attend our project staff:inside & also have disciplinary leadership You actively participate in the strategy and implementation of our regional business objectives

Your qualifications:

SALES EXCELLENCE - Your Skills

• You have distribution in the DNA, bring great passion for networking and want to achieve goals together with your team
• You could already gain sales experience in the personnel service industry
• You have completed university studies (economic engineering, BWL, sales management or similar)
• You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) & a class B driving licence
