Project Manager Construction / Architecture (m/f/d)

You work closely with the management and support in the early project phases (performance phases 1–4 HOAI) You accompany projects from the first idea, feasibility analysis and approval planning and actively shape project development You analyze land, usage concepts and framework conditions taking into account legal, economic and technical aspects You co-ordinate and tax external expert planners, reviewers and authorities and conduct coordination with all relevant stakeholders You will create decision-making templates, economic considerations and presentations for internal and external project participants In the development of sustainable use concepts and in the optimization of areas and cost structures, You accompany approval processes and assist in communication with authorities You prepare the structured transfer of the projects to the execution and implementation phase

Complete study of architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, real estate management, economic engineering or a comparable course of studies Professional experience in project development, planning or early performance phases (LPH 1–4 HOAI) Knowledge of planning and construction law and a good understanding of economic relationships in real estate development Experience in managing complex projects and dealing with different stakeholders Embossed conceptual skills and a secure sense of architectural and urban quality Very structured, organised work with high quality and responsibility Enforced, persistent in the implementation and consistent in the follow-up of topics Communication-strong, sovereign appearance towards tenants:inside, authorities and service providers:inside Embossed hand-on mentality, service orientation and solution-oriented work Entrepreneurial Mindset with Clear Ownership, High Reliability, Engagement and Flexibility
