To strengthen our team, we are looking for a CITTI-PARK in Flensburg for 38.5 hours/week

Your duties

• Maintenance of technical equipment
• e.g. ventilation, heating, cold, air-conditioning, electric, sprinkler, sanitary and outdoor installations
• Preparation and monitoring of expert examinations
• Care & monitoring of foreign business operations
• regular visit and documentation of services of building equipment
• Contact person in craft matters
• Small repairs

Your profile

• successfully completed training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or plumbing technology or a comparable craft training
• multi-year professional experience
• Use of PC and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Care, reliability and durability
• independent work, coupled with reliability and craftsmanship
