Coordination and control of Lifecycle Management projects taking into account the timeliness, project documentation and compliance with the budget Continuous updating of hardware and software information, tracking license information and documentation of changes in the lifecycle of IT resources Development and implementation of maintenance plans to ensure the operational readiness of hardware and software Cooperation with other IT teams to ensure cost-effective use of resources Acquisition of administrative tasks in the field of intrastructure

Studies in Business Administration, IT or Logistics with a focus on project management or a comparable qualification Leadership experience in a multicultural environment Knowledge of logistics processes and logistics coordination Designed skills in project management and implementation of projects with different focuses Very good English skills and safe handling of MS Office 365 with focus on Excel and PowerPoint readiness to carry out missions to carry out audit, planning or approval work and stand-by service to maintain permanent operations and project coordination Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical interest groups
