International Financial / Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d)

Design the future of Finance in a globally operating industrial company. You are responsible for selected financial and accounting processes within the international Craemer Group and contribute to ensuring proper accounting. The position combines classic financial and balance sheet accounting with a pronounced international orientation. The focus is on the support and support of the international companies of the Craemer Group. This results in diverse tasks in the harmonisation and further development of financial processes and in the implementation of digitalization and SAP projects. A person who thinks beyond the individual booking process understands the relationships within the group of companies and actively contributes to the further development of the financial organization.

Your tasks – experienced, committed, internationally oriented: Support for international companies Contact person for international companies of the Craemer Group in financial and accounting issues Participation in the harmonisation and further development of processes within the group of companies Operational accounting and financial statements Creation of monthly and annual accounts Safe and timely execution of all final accounts (settings, delimitations, valuation of investment and circulation assets) Implementation of Account Rules and Analyses Editing and tuning of Intercompany Skill Behavior Support and further development of main book and secondary book processes Creation of monthly sales tax pre-registration and annual declaration Support for sales tax issues and legal reporting obligations Ensuring proper and timely accounting

Your profile – professionally versed and experienced internationally:

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the field of financial and accounting (e.g. financial or accounting holders (IHK) or an economic study with a focus on finance/ accounting. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification and multiannual relevant professional experience in international financial and accounting in an internationally active industrial company as well as a well-founded knowledge in the fields of financial accounting, accounting and commercial processes Experience in cooperation with international subsidiaries or business units High degree reliability and a pronounced analytical understanding of complex accounting issues Knowledge of turnover tax law Secure handling of MS Office, SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA Hands-on mentality as well as a high self-initiative, combined with an independent, responsible and reliable way of working, as well as the claim to actively improve processes at end-to-end and to help shape changes Embossed quality awareness combined with analytical thinking and high numerical affinity Team-oriented personality with communication strength, safe occurrence and joy in cross-departmental cooperation in an international environment Holistic thinking with a view to the group of companies and their processes as well as the ability to identify relationships and act beyond individual companies.
