Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Support in the design, testing and negotiation of IT contracts (e.g. software licenses, cloud services, service contracts). Working in exciting negotiations with international IT service providers and software providers. The careful care and management of our contract database as well as the conscientious monitoring of deadlines, conditions and compliance requirements. The close cooperation with the IT-purchasing team and the Corporate Legal Department The research on current legal issues in the IT environment and the preparation of information for the team. The participation in the development and optimization of processes in licensing and contract management

A successfully completed study of law, economic law or a comparable degree with a legal focus. First practical experience in contract management, IT law or license management, for example through internships or working student activities, are a strong plus. A basic understanding of IT contracts and licensing models. A high affinity for IT topics and digital trends. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Embossed analytical skills, an independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a conscientious handling of sensitive information. You are a communicative team player who likes to learn new things and is involved in the matter. Nobody is perfect! You don't meet the requirements to 100% and you still want the job?
