As Team Lead (m/w/d) CRM & Loyalty Management, you take over the end-to-end responsibility for the international development, scaling and operational management of CRM and Loyalty – with particular focus on our Global Loyalty Program as well as on data and AI-based, salesforce-based customer communication in an international environment.
