Consulting customers and responsibility for customer-oriented implementation of IT infrastructure projects elaboration, writing and evaluation of documents, guidelines and tools for a uniform project and service management Responsible introduction and support of pilot subprojects and development of introduction standards Supporting our sales colleagues in the sales phases Control of activities and changes (Changes) to services to receive IT operations Central contact during the IT operating phase Guide regular service talks with the client with respect to reaching the agreed service level agreements Documentation and creation of reports on compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and internal KPIs/OLAs First escalation instance in Incident Management for our customers Management of capacities of the supervised customer systems

You have a training as a specialist, business informatics expert or a commercial/technical training with experience in the IT field Hospital experience, especially in the management of IT projects Knowledge of current IT infrastructure solutions Qualification and profound experience in project management as well as in handling project management tools Knowledge of contract law (experience in the contractually compliant execution of projects) Practical experience in operational IT processes Impressed communication skills and presentation skills, superior customer and service and team orientation Very good German knowledge (C1, C2) and good English skills PM certification desirable Individual initiative and flexibility Safe handling of current MS Office programs complete your profile
