At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a dispatcher:in Touristik (w/m/d) for UBB UsedomerBadbahn GmbH at the Heringsdorf site. Your tasks:

You dispose of vehicles and personnel for tourist travel With a view to economy, you are responsible for scheduling dates, routes and capacity You agree closely with charter offer management as well as accounting for planning A smooth journey before and during the execution is ensured by you You are a contact person for internal areas and external travel and cooperation partners:inside Deviations and complaints as well as short-term changes you process solution- and service-oriented Cooperation with service providers such as hotels, transport companies and agencies

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a tourism businessman, a ground-based training e.g. as a train tax or training as a bus driver: Professional experience in disposition or travel organization is ideally present You have good geographic knowledge and understanding of tourism processes Organizational talent and communication strength also characterize you under time pressure Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally booking and reservation systems You bring very good knowledge of German (further language skills are beneficial)
