Independent, careful and timely processing of written and oral customer requests in the area of spare parts and after sales Creation, processing and tracking of offers and orders in the ERP system Commercial and administrative processing of inquiries, orders and internal orders in the new and after-sales business taking into account relevant technical information with the introduction of a secure technical basic understanding or technical affinity; a technical training focus is not required coordination of delivery dates, shipping details, documentation and customer-specific requirements Complimentary coordination in German and English with customers, internal specialist departments, shipping, accounting and other stakeholders Correct collection and maintenance of customer, offer, order, project and technical data in the ERP system and comprehensible storage of relevant documents and correspondence Monitoring of confirmed delivery dates, clarification of deviations and initiation of the necessary measures Solution-oriented tracking of open points and ensuring customer-oriented order processing and high customer satisfaction through reliable communication Support for office organization, material orders, appointments, document management and other administrative tasks
