Reporting to commercial management Organisation and implementation of existing commercial sector structures Supporting the construction site teams in controlling tasks Participation in the preparation of planning and medium-term planning of the area and tracking of the achievement of the target by means of nominal/actual comparisons / deviation analyses Individually responsible creation of monthly and annual accounts Care and Conceptual Development of Controlling Reports and Systems Controlling of smaller building projects Implementation of commercial standards in the field Contact persons for employees:in the case of specialist questions in the context of project processing Aval management of the area

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or study/further education with a focus on controlling, business management or comparable training Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in the construction industry Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Number affinity and analytical thinking A high degree of reliability and conscience as well as a well-structured and independent way of working Team skills and communicative competence complete your profile
