This is what awaits you:

• To act as a coordinating force of the shift, a varied activity in the care of emergency patients of all disciplines in the emergency room and the reception station

• Structured patient control inside and outside the INA as well as organization of the shock rooms, which will allow you to be interface between the INA, the medical service and all the following and upstream areas and process participants

• Implementation of basic and treatment care as well as therapeutic and diagnostic measures as well as targeted use of your knowledge in emergency management and in the IMC care

• Exploring the Manchester Triage system and supplying severely injured and severe patients in the interprofessional shock room team

• Participation in the ENM course and the possibility to participate in the ATCN course

Take this with you:

• At least two years of professional experience in an interdisciplinary emergency room and a completed training as a health and nursing agent / health care and nursing, nursing specialist / nursing specialist or emergency nurse / emergency medical technician

• Ideally a completed specialist training for emergency care or in the area of IMC

• Friendly handling of patients and their relatives

• An independent way of working, empathy and pronounced communication skills

• Embossed understanding of processes and their organization

• Flexibility with regard to the use in the 3-layer system and the usual service times in our area
