We are looking for a coordinator Warehouse Logistics - Commissioning (m/w/d) in the 2-shift system at the location 65929 Frankfurt Höchst. From 01.04.2027, our customer changes its location to 63505 Langenselbold, which is located in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis.

As Coordinator Warehouse Logistics - Commissioning (m/w/d), you are responsible for the management and resource planning of the export commissioning. You coordinate the processes in the team and ensure that all shipments are handled in accordance with quality, HSE and compliance requirements. Your tasks include, in particular, the control of personnel, jobs and export orders, as well as ensuring the timely processing of time-critical, in particular vital deliveries. You actively participate in lean and optimization projects and ensure compliance with work safety and GDP guidelines. In addition, you take over the planning and organisation of personnel deployment, support personnel planning and recruitment and are responsible for parts of personnel management. You ensure the availability of work materials and maintain technical facilities and equipment such as high-bay warehouses, conveyor technology and industrial trucks. Finally create and maintain GxP-compliant documentation and job descriptions in the regulated environment.

Complete training in the field of logistics and corresponding further training. A valid forklift certificate is available. Deep knowledge of logistics processes and systems, including SAP, are available. Very good knowledge of the GDP guidelines are assumed. Very good knowledge of the applicable safety regulations are available. Legal knowledge in the field of hazardous goods is being met. Extended knowledge of cargo securing and customs regulations are available. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing are given. Team skills and strong leadership skills complete the profile.
