Your duties

• Maintenance, inspection and maintenance of heating, climate, Ventilation and sanitary facilities

• Disruption-related repair and implementation of Small repairs

• Implementation of technical tests and functional checks

• Support for building technology

• Digital documentation of the work carried out

• Communication with clients and local contact persons

Your profile

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, HKLS, central heating system, ventilation system, gas and water installer or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in building technology or in technical service

• Knowledge of the control and control of HKLS systems

• Self-employed, structured working and customer orientation

• Class B driving license
