Head of Operations Controlling (m/f/d)

As Head of Operations Controlling, you take a key role in the economic management of our global operations. As a strategic business partner for production, purchasing, logistics and quality, you actively shape the future of our operations organization and are responsible for the following tasks: You create transparency about the “Big Picture” of operations performance and identify the key value drivers along the entire value chain You advise the operation management in key control and transformation issues and develop decision-making business cases, scenarios and sound action recommendations You are driving forward the further development of an integrated, cross-departmental operation control – for example in make-or-buy decisions, footprint and location strategies or productivity initiatives You design the further development of the areas of procurement, logistics and quality control pragmatic and “hands-on” with high implementation orientation You strengthen international controlling skills and promote a uniform business partner set based on the existing expertise of our global operations controlling teams You drive forward the further standardization and digitization of reporting, planning and analysis processes and strengthen our data-driven control approaches You actively support performance and efficiency programs from controlling vision and ensure a sustainable economic impact

Complete study of the business, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in operations, plant, procurement or supply chain controlling in an international industrial or production environment Experience in the management of complex, inter-area topics (e.g. Make‐or-Buy, Footprint or Investment Decisions) Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills with Clear Big-Picture and Value Driver Focus Sovereign appearance at top management and board level Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English Embossed hand-on and driver's position with high design demands International experience and strong intercultural competence and readiness to travel
