We are currently looking for several design mechanics (m/w/d) for different technical priorities. The positions shall be filled in full time within the framework of the transfer of employees.

Design of blunt and throat seams in different positions Visual welding seam testing and testing of seam preparation Joint planing (restricted) Focus B - Assembly & SchiffbauMontage, Adaptation and stapling of naval components and sections Work with hand and machine burners, if necessary Telelift Implementation of crane and transport work (sections, large sections) Grinding, burning, stitching, reworking of boarding bumps Cold and hot forming (light forging) tearing and marking work (e.g. AH markings) Priority C - Specialist guidance / pre-worker functionPreparation, control and monitoring of welding and assembly work Ensuring time, costs, quality and work security Professional guidance of employees and operational planning Master (m/w/d) and interfaces at shopfloor level Introduction of training, examinations and qualifications Participation in shop flooring and optimization of workflows

(m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) or comparable Experience in shipbuilding, ideal in welding technology or assembly Valid or removable welding tests (depending on the focus) Safe working according to drawings, WPS, work plans Crane license and simple forging knowledge of advantage Quality Consciousness, Teamability and Reliable Operation Ready for use in workshop and on-board assembly German knowledge at least at level B2, English knowledge of advantage
