Organization and preparation of international service travel for service technicians (m/w/d) and external assignments.Coordination of all administrative topics around global employee assignments.Communication and coordination with internal departments, customers, authorities and international contacts.Development and maintenance of service orders, cost orders, invoices and travel cost accounting.Support in evaluations, presentations and optimization of global mobility processes and international projects. You have completed your training or your studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic law or comparable qualifications. You bring experience in the field of international employee assignments, application for visa, A1 or work permit processes. Extensive sense of responsibility, flexibility, and efficient, structured and independent working. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with international contacts. Safe handling of current MS Office applications, as well as good German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
