Housekeeping Supervisor Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As a housekeeping supervisor, you take responsibility for the management and organization of the cleaning team on your floor and ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are always in perfect condition. You run and coordinate the cleaning team on your floor and make sure all rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. You regularly control room quality, care of facilities and ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned quickly and efficiently. You check compliance with the hygiene rules and ensure that all cleaning products and methods comply with the company guidelines and safety standards. You monitor the inventory of cleaning materials and inform the housekeeping manager about orders or necessary deliveries in time. You work closely with other departments, in particular with the Front Office, to coordinate special requirements and to ensure that all guest requests are met. You carry out regular quality controls to ensure that cleaning standards are always complied with and, if necessary, initiate improvement measures.

You already have experience in housekeeping, ideally in a leading position, and understand the importance of cleanliness and order in the hotel. You have an eye for detail and make sure that all areas of the hotel are in a flawless state. You are a strong leader, can motivate your team and ensure that all tasks are done efficiently. You are a communications talent, you can clear instructions and go proactively to problems to find solutions. You have a high level of responsibility and organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. You know the hygiene standards and safety regulations of the hotel industry and make sure You are always adhered to.
