Integrating FM consulting services around the entire lifecycle of real estate/portfolios as well as planning-accompanying from competition to commissioning and handover to operation Conducting benchmarking, operating cost forecasts and life cycle cost assessments Development of organizational and operating and operator concepts for a wide variety of object types such as high-rise buildings, sports and cultural sites Advise data management requirements for a future-oriented, digitized management (BIMtoFM) Participation in the creation of management and area concepts for operational facility management Working in interdisciplinary teams as well as contact persons and experts for all questions concerning facility management

Complete study of facility management, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, real estate management, or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work desirable, also in the form of internships or student work activities Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable Impressed communication skills and team spirit A structured analytical and independent method
