For a well-known company from the mechanical engineering industry, we are looking for a specialist sales / order processing (m/w/d) at the next possible time. Be part of a dynamic company in Meckesheim and look forward to exciting tasks.

Your activities: • Processing of incoming offer requests • Creation and costing of offers • Coordination with internal departments (e.g. technology, purchasing, sales) • Support in the technical clarification of customer questions • Offer tracking and clearing of open points with customers • Collection of orders in Infor • Coordination with logistics, purchasing and production • Communication with customers to delivery dates and order status • Invoicing and payment monitoring support

Your profile: • Closed commercial training, such as industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade, office businessman/wife or comparable qualification • Professional experience in the sales service or similar function desirable • Basic technical understanding and willingness to clarify technical questions • Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally Infor) • Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge • Self-employed and structured work • Communication strength and team skills
