Maintenance and repair of commercial properties

Further development and optimization of the warranty and repair service in the Metalltechnik plant to ensure standards and high customer satisfaction As an interface between the GOLDBECK branches, works, assembly and the technical service further development of existing and implementation of new communication channels for the optimal handling of internal TS processes and for improving service quality Determining relevant KPIs, compiling reports and key data analysis for targeted optimization of service quality and cost structure Supply creation based on technical inquiries to offer customized solutions Coordination and verification of the documentation of reconstructions by the technical service to ensure complete traceability Technical support for our own service technicians in the field of metal technology to enable effective problem solutions and continuous development

(m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, preferably supplemented by commercial experience Funded expertise in metal engineering, ideally from window and door construction Routinized handling of CAFM systems and the MS Office Suite Impressed customer and service orientation with the ability to adapt to customer needs High level of commitment, independent working and organisational skills
