Leadership: You work closely with your department management, take responsibility for administration and cash management and actively contribute to the success of the department in the team. In addition, you support the department management in personnel management and deployment planning and make sure that new team members have a great start and get involved quickly. Administrative support: You support management and cash management as a central interface in the store and take care of the processing and accounting of daily revenue. Cash processing: You are responsible for the operation of our cash register system, the security of goods and the handling of different payment methods. You make sure that all cash flows and policies are complied with precisely. Customer complaint management: You are the first point of contact for customers and make sure that all customers leave our store satisfied.

Your educational path: experience in retail or another service-oriented industry is ideal. A completed vocational training is a plus - but not a must. Your strengths: You like working in the team and know how to motivate others. In addition, you are solution-oriented, service-oriented, communication-strong and well organized - but keeps the peace when it comes to turbulent. Your interest: You have a good commercial understanding and feel safe in dealing with numbers.
